Larry Anderson and Sandy Warner are proud to announce there daughter Amanda will graduate with Honors and as Valedictorian of her class in 2005  from Grattan Academy High School, and then go on a full four year academic scholarship to Saginaw Valley State University, to get a degree in nursing.

Big sister Ashlyn (top) would like to introduce you to her new little brother Brennen James Flater born on 1/17/05 at 8:06 am. He was 8lbs. 14oz. and 21 inches long.

We would like to congratulate Jeffrey and Heather Flater on the birth on there new son.

Congratulations to Sandy Warner who became a grandmother for the first time when son Chad and girlfriend Candi Adams had baby Yalaria Sue Adams on 12/7/04. She was a healthy 8lbs. 4oz. and 21 inches long. No word yet on who the baby's favorite driver is yet.

Heather Dawn Anderson and Jeffrey Allen Flater were married Saturday May 29th, 2004. The wedding was held at the Camelback Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Heather is the daughter of Larry Anderson of Greenville, MI.

Pam Patterson started at Foremost Insurance on August 20th as a Administrative / Department Assistant, after Michigan Bulb goes out of business and is happy with her new job.

Born 8-7-01 weighing 7lbs. 14 oz. at 20" tall. Born in Grand Rapids and left for the North Pole 3 days later.

Chad Tonneberger starts the new kart season. First podium of the year at East Lansing Kart Track.

Chad started 2nd in the first heat and came in at 3rd. Next he started 8th in the second heat and finished the race in 3rd place. Finally, Chad started the feature race 3rd and finished 3rd.

Next race is at Ravenna Motor Park on June 2nd, then its off to Walker on June 16th during their city festival.

We at Baseball Cards & Racing Collectibles send our best wishes to the entire Earnhardt family, the NASCAR World, and all the millions of Dale's fans.

Dale (seen here with Pam) drew a very large crowd at Classic Chevrolet in Grand Rapids. This was his last autograph session in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dale will be dearly missed by family, friends, and fans alike.

Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Remington on the birth of their new baby son, Jacob Patrick Remington. Born 1-23-01, 6lbs. 15oz., 21" long. Both mother (Jackie) and baby are doing fine.

Patrick and Jackie are big sports fans and collectors. The first autographed piece they got for the baby, was a Bill Freehand's kids cap from a Whitecaps Baseball game at Old Kent Park last summer

Last Race - October 22nd, 2000

In the Final Race of the season at the East Lansing Kart Track, Chad Tonneberger started the first heat in 3rd position and finished in 2nd place. In the second heat, he started 5th and came in 2nd again.

In the feature Chad finished in 2nd place. After feature races were finished, an exhibition race on the oval track was run. Chad started in 6th position and again, for the 3rd time of the day, he came in 2nd place.

After the races they tallied the final points and Chad Tonneberger finished 3rd in the final standings at the East Lansing Kart Track.

 

Sunday October 1st, 2000

Chad Tonneberger started on the pole for the 1st heat race and finished in 2nd place. In the 2nd heat race, they inverted the field, so Chad started in twelfth place and ended up coming in in 3rd place.

In the feature Chad Tonneberger started in 3rd and finished in 3rd place scoring a podium finish which netted him a third place trophy.

Races took place at the East Lansing Kart Track in Eat Lansing, Michigan.

Laura Slager became Mrs. Rick Marshall Jr. at Grace Reform Church in Wyoming, Michigan. Then they moved on to a great reception at Middle Villa Inn in Middleville, Michigan. Laura's father Tom is a former sprint car driver and the current owner of the New 96 Speedway. Rick's dad is ASA Driver, Butch Miller's gas man. He is also worked with Dave Sensiba & the late Adam Petty.

We the staff at Baseball Cards & Racing Collectibles and The Souvenir Shop would like to extend are best wishes for a long and happy life together!

For the 2001 season of karting, Chad Tonneberger has been named the new driver for the "Team Dieconcepts", "Team White Racing" kart racing team. He will be finishing the 2000 season in the # 8 SODI Kart for Team White, & Team Dieconcepts Racing. Team co-owner and crew chief Bob White feels that with his Karting experience and Chad's driving ability, they will be a winning combination and be able to contend for a championship in 2001.

Baseball Cards & Racing Collectibles was proud to be recognized in the Home Depot "Children's Safety Awareness Day" that was held on Saturday September 16th at the Alpine Ave. store. Over 300 kids attended and visited the display for valuable safety information. They all received fee Kids Care I.D. Kits as well as free fingerprinting, which could be used in an emergency situation.

We wish to thank, Rick Marshall from Home Depot for helping us to get involved in this great program.
